Emra’s experience as a speaker, teacher-trainer, coach and author started in her teen years. Her inherent skills flooded into everything she did – Marketing & Sales, Purchasing & Management in retail, Training & Development in Human Resources , Corporate Training in the Hotel Industry, Speaking for organizational chapters and churches and coaching employees in any workplace. Emra received her Coaching certification from CTA as well as her specialty Certification as a New Life Story Wellness Coach. Emra’s personal life story of becoming a mom at a young age, giving up her career to support her husband, raising her second daughter who is mentally challenged, leaving her homeland and becoming a stranger in a foreign land, having much financially and losing it all in the process, starting and closing two small business’s, choosing divorce after 25 years of marriage, starting again from scratch, after developing success in the corporate world, leaving the security and starting her own business and starting in a new town, has her given her life’s lessons to draw from for success. Intertwined in her journey is the story of her passion and purpose driven life for God, both when He was present and absent and the excitement of how His purpose for her life now is forming.

Dr. Dave Krueger is an Executive & Mentor Coach who mentors Executives and Professionals to write the next chapter of their life or business stories. He is CEO of MentorPath®, a coaching, publishing, and wellness firm training professionals to become licensed, specialty-certified New Life Story® Coaches and New Life Story® Wellness Coaches. He is also part of the Coach Training Alliance Faculty where he is a Mentor Coach and Dean of Curriculum.

Dr. Dave was a Psychiatrist and Psychoanalyst in clinical practice, a Clinical Professor of Psychiatry until and has held Board Certifications with the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology, American Psychoanalytic Association, Board of Forensic Examiners, and Board of Forensic Medicine. He is Founder and Director of one of the first multispecialty Eating Disorders Treatment and Research Centers in the United States and nominated for the American Psychiatric Association Achievement Award as having the highest cure rate of any U.S. program.
Dr. Dave has been the consultant to public and private corporations including U.S. Department of Labor, the Republic of Germany, the German Embassy, International Women’s Tennis Association, and the Institution of Rehabilitation and Research, SMU Graduate School of Business. he has visiting Professorships in Augsburg, Germany; Javierana University, Bogotá, Colombia; Kansas Institute, Kansas City, Kansas and the The Timberlawn Foundation, Dallas, Texas.
Dr. Dave is involved with various business ventures including being the Founder and partner, Houston Day Hospital, Inc., startup owner, venture capital funding, and merger of Houston Day Hospital, Inc. with Integrated Psychiatric Services, Inc., Founder and CEO, Houston HomeHealth Associates, Inc., Owner/CEO Houston Wellness Management Systems, Inc. as well as being a farm and ranch owner/operator with exotic wildlife ranching.

Dr. Joe Martin
Dr. Joe Martin is an award-winning speaker, author, professor, and educational consultant. In spite of growing up in one of the toughest crime-ridden, drug-infested ghettos in Miami, Florida, Joe became the youngest professor ever hired to teach in the state of Florida at the age of 24. He’s now regarded as“America’s #1 Educator Motivator” and one of the country’s leading experts on new teacher retention and student motivational issues.
An educator for the past 10 years, Joe has successfully worked with K-12 students, including alternative education students, juvenile delinquents, and other at-risk populations, reaching more than 45,000 students a year. Tom and Pam Wolf are a husband and wife team who are founders of Identity and Destiny and authors of the powerful book, Identity and Destiny – 7 Steps to a Purpose-filled Life.
